The Orcad Group was originally founded as a single company, the Orcad Investment and Multi Activities CO.LTD by a team of young but experienced businessmen in Sudan. What connected all was their shared believe in enhancing and improving Sudanese Businesses for the good of all. All of the founders studied and worked in foreign countries but always kept themselves connected to their birth place. When the Orcad Investment and Multi Activities CO.LTD began to grow, in experience as well as in its business reach and with the establishment of its other companies the Orcad Group was founded in order to organize and manage the companies as subsidiaries of the Orcad Group.
What we do
The Orcad Group manages its two subsidiaries; the Orcad Investment and Multi Activities CO.LTD and E-pay logistics. Thereby the Holding strives to improve the work of its subsidiaries by promoting high quality work, high standards for quality and enacting in quality management. The Orcad Group itself is the melting pot of its subsidiaries and only has administrative tasks.
As for now, the Orcad Group is responsible of managing, advising and supporting its two subsidiaries. Further the Holding acts as the main management, meaning that it has proper administrative influence on its subsidiaries. The Orcad Group also works in researching the Sudanese market and finding new business opportunities.

Since the early steps in founding the Business, all founders were driven by their believe of promoting quality business in Sudan for the benefit of its own people as well as the clients around the world. The main Vision always is the strengthen the local businessmen, farmers and workers, to promote quality development, to increase quality standards and work efficiency as well as to ensure secured working places and a fair payment for everybody involved. This is why the Orcad Groups Mission is far more than just being a Holding and its subsidiaries, it’s about promoting positive change for the well of all. To reach and follow this mission the Orcad Group is therefore constantly working to improve the quality of its subsidiaries and to offer quality management, and that is why trust and integrity are the main principles our work is based on.
